Receive a product that did not arrive in perfect condition, and want to return it? We will gladly accept your return. Just contact us at email@example.com
At NutriVine Vitamins, we are always pushing the limits of customer service, so if you feel your order was not up to your standards, we’ll refund your purchase. If you decide you just do not want the product, it will incur a 25% return fee. The reason for this fee is that we do not restock returned products. It is just part of our commitment to ensure every customer gets the freshest product available. Note: Probiotics products and Heat sensitive items are not subject to refunds. Returns must be made within 30-days of purchase.

AutoSaver Return Policy
Customers may cancel their AutoSaver shipments before their specified ship date. Orders that are shipped must be returned before refunds or exchanges can occur. Refused AutoSaver orders will be deducted the $5.95 from the credited amount.
