We know how important it is for you to get your products immediately, so as soon as you place your order, our team prepares to ship you order. Place your order before 3pm ET, and once we verify the billing and shipping information, we will diligently pack and ship your product to you that day. For refrigerated products, we need a bit more time and care, so we might need to ship those items the next day. Oh yeah, either way it is FREE.

Where we ship

For now, we ship to all 50-states and U.S. territories, especially to our Veteran Friends at military postal addresses. We also ship to Canada! Sorry, right now we do not ship to any other countries.

Backorders

We do out best to minimize any and all backorders, but if your item is backordered, we’ll be sure to stay on top of it for you. We’ll notify you by email and will ship it as soon as it’s available, usually within a week or less.

Delivery time

When you order, your products will arrive via, UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service, usually within 3-5 business days. (It is okay to expect it faster, we always strive to break our records). Delivery time varies, depending on the carrier and the destination. Don’t forget to allow extra time for weekends and holidays.

Want to check your order? No problem, we’ll let you know where your product is at that very moment. (We bet it is closer than you think).

To check your order online:
Click “order status” on the top, black menu of our website. If you have a NutriVine Vitamins account, you can also log in under “my account” and click the “order history” tab.

Check your order by phone:
Call us at 888-663-3779, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern.
If the status is “complete” or “partially shipped,” your order is in the shipping process, but may not have left the warehouse yet. To get more detailed information, check the tracking number for your order.

Temperature-sensitive items

We give extra care to temperature-sensitive items for shipping. This includes using ice packs and a Styrofoam Cooler, as well as Air Shipping. We automatically add these extras, along with a flat cooler fee. We recommend that temperature sensitive products ship with Overnight delivery. Heat sensitive products ordered after 6:30 pm Thursday and before 6:30 pm on Friday will be shipped out Monday when you request overnight delivery. Sorry... temperature sensitive items are not eligible for return credit. But if you’d rather not pay the fee, it’s no problem to remove this packaging from your order. Standard ground shipping is free, but you might want to upgrade to expedited shipping.

Also, please expect the ice packs to melt before your order arrives. They ALWAYS melt during transit and that’s OK. They’re meant to provide 24 to 48 hours of protection, which should be more than enough to keep your items safe during transit. Remember, your items can withstand room temperature for up to 2 weeks without being affected.
